Expert barber and cosmetologist, Terry Borne, of the Borne family of PSS Warehousing and Transportation fame, and accomplished barber Ed Stackhouse came up with the concept of the 33's Barbershop with the aim of providing the best in haircutting and men's services in the region while
hosting a state of the art and fun place to go as well.
